2.1 Professional Engagement: Alenra Global services are intended for professional, academic, and institutional use.

2.2 Selectivity: Certain programs and initiatives are not open to the general public. Participation may require pre-screening, invitation, or formal linkage to Alenra Global, consistent with our institutional alignment standards.

2.3 Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided to Alenra Global (including professional background and affiliation) is accurate and current.

3. Services and Deliverables

3.1 Description: Services may include educational training, diplomatic simulations, advisory consulting, and facilitation of international sessions.

3.2 No Employment Relationship: Engagement with Alenra Global does not constitute employment unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.

3.3 Partner Dependencies: Some services are delivered in partnership with third-party organizations. Delivery of specific components is subject to partner availability and policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Company Ownership: All content, logos, trademarks, and materials owned by Alenra Global remain our exclusive property.

4.2 Partner Ownership: Content provided by partners remains the property of those partners.

4.3 User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Alenra Global a license to use it for program administration.

5. Confidentiality and Conduct

5.1 Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during sessions.

5.2 Professional Conduct: Alenra Global reserves the right to terminate participation for misconduct without refund.

6. Fees, Payments, and Cancellation

6.1 Payment Terms: Fees are due as specified in service agreements or invoices.

6.2 Cancellation: Refunds follow project-specific cancellation policies.

6.3 Force Majeure: Alenra Global is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Exclusion: Alenra Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7.2 Travel and Safety: Participation in travel-based programs is at your own risk. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended.
